MediStreams produces and markets Degreased Copper Pipes and Tubes that are specifically crafted to be used in the Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) with a high level of purity and performance. These pipes are manufactured using 99.9% of pure deoxidized copper (Cu-DHP / CW024A) and it complies with the international standards like EN 13348 and ASTM B819 thus the preferred ones in the oxygen and other medical gas use.
The copper tubes are subjected to the rigorous process of degreasing and cleaning of the inner part to eliminate all oil, carbon and other organic matters. When cleaning, the pipe ends were capped and each end sealed afterwards to keep it clean until time of installation. The process ensures that safe usage in medical, pharmaceutical and high purity gas systems is achieved.
